In-Season Maintenance

This training block is designed to support athletes during their competitive season through low-impact, high-quality skill work that helps make up for missed reps, rebuild confidence, and prioritize recovery. Our goal is to help athletes stay sharp, confident, and healthy as they move into the second half of the season and postseason play.

  • Middle School Sessions

    This 6-week winter training block runs Sundays from January 11–February 15, 9:00–10:15 AM, and is designed for middle school athletes grades 6-8.

  • High School Sessions

    This 6-week winter training block runs Sundays from January 11–February 15, 10:15-11:30 AM, and is designed for high school athletes grades 9-12.
