Designed for smaller groups, our training sessions provide athletes with more personalized attention and higher rep counts than a camp or clinic. Players focus on detailed skill development—fundamentals, footwork, and scoring—before immediately applying what they’ve learned against live defense in the same session. This blend of instruction and competition helps athletes sharpen their game in a controlled environment.
